On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, let us remember all of the brilliant people who devoted their lives to the fight for Civil Rights.

Let us look back to see how far we have come.

Let us look ahead to see how far we still have to go.

The Time is still Now.

Let us continue to

REFUSE to believe that the Bank of Justice is bankrupt.

Let us continue to remember the

Fierce Urgency of Now.

Let us never forget our brothers + sisters Stateside + Worldwide who are still fighting for their basic Civil, Human Rights because of race, gender, religion, nationality, sexuality.

I see it as my job as an artist to change the world.

It is our job as humans to leave the world a better place than it was when we came into it.

Who is with me?

Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech might not be a song, but it’s music to my ears.

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day, one + all. Spread Love.
